Indigo West Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding that we offer exchanges or store credit only – no refunds.

FINAL SALE: Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original brand-new condition.

  • Original packaging (if applicable) and tags must be attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you regarding approval of the exchange. If approved, we’ll issue store credit or send out your requested replacement item. If the item you want is sold out, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for store credit.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanges. If you’re returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package. Indigo West is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
