Returns & Exchanges Policy

At INDIGO WEST, we want you to feel confident and inspired with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, or date of purchase if bought in-store. 
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we can offer store credit.

To start an exchange, please email us at shop.indigowest@gmail.com with your order number and item details.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damage, along with your order number.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items due to fit, change of mind, or wear and tear.

Final Sale & Exceptions

  • Custom, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All candles, crystals, and intimate products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
